Finished my 4th day. My eating patterns are still pretty much the same as my first day so no change there. Lost about 3 pounds so far so I can’t complain :)
Dr Lipman’s 14 Day Cleanse
I feel like such an utter failure! After I successfully got down to 155, I let myself go AGAIN and i’m back to 165. All that hard work! I’ve beaten myself up for it for the past two months and I’m more than ready to get back on the horse. My mom’s boss lost most of her weight by starting Dr Frank Lipman’s ‘Be Well’ 14-day Cleanse. So, I figured .. why not? I needed something strict again to help me get back on track. Today was Day 1. The Cleanse consists of three shakes (Morning, mid-morning, and mid afternoon) a light lunch, and dinner. Not bad. So here’s a rundown of what I had.
Breakfast: Shake
Midmorning: Shake
Lunch: Few baby carrots, broccoli, turkey burger patty, lettuce, and pill pack (comes with Cleanse, promotes and helps digestive system)
Midafternoon: Shake
Dinner: Quineoa, grilled chicken breast, brocolli and pill pack
Water: 90+ oz.
I also worked out a bit at night. I hope this works …
Starting Weight: 165
